I started a community for SPED related issues.For teachers and parents.Mostly as a place to vent and ask/answer questions...But also as a place to post resources
I know special education can be frustrating for parents,but I know it can be frustrating for the people that educate special needs children.So many teachers "have" to do so many things for kids in SPED(esp for "severe needs" kids),but schools fail to give them the tools they need to do so

Hi Cherish, only just found your group. I'm a special ed teacher and know exactly what you mean, Mainstream schools are encouraged to enrol pupils with SEN but backup services are not available and those services that are always seem to be the first things to be cut.
