Hello Stephanie

I teach at a different school than my girls. My oldest daughter likes that better (I can't keep tabs on her that way). My youngest daughter thinks it would be cool to have Mom at the same school.

Hi!  I teach cross-categorical sp. ed. in a middle school setting (mostly resource math).  I have two daughters - 12 and 8.  My 12 year old is attending the same middle school.  So far it's working!

Last year, which was my first year was also ED self contained 1st/2nd split. I found out i was pg right before school start. After the first 9 weeks they switch me to a resource room. Just wasn't safe in the ED setting.
