Would any of you suggest I subscribe to the Practical Homeschooling Magazine? My son will be 4 in August, which is when I plan to officially begin PreK. We have been practicing informal homeschool with workbooks and flashcards.

I believe there is one magazine that will send you a free issue so you can make up your mind, personally i found these a little confusing but informative with regard to the articles, but i have found that most of these articles can also be found online..search and see what you find

I'm not subscribed to any magazines, but if you think it will help you then I'd do it!
