Has anyone had success with the haberman nipple and if so how long did it take for your baby to get used to it?

yep!
we had to use it right away because our son was born with a cleft pallate... it worked pretty well as long as we filled the nipple before we started feeding. Our son took a few days to get used to it, after that, we never used anything else
