Fighter against his medicine please help

My 2 1/2 year old fights like hell when its time to take his medicine. He screams and crys like he's being hurt and it breaks my heart because I'm the one who's making him do it. he has to take it every other day until, I'm assuming, they will be able to give his them in pill form. Anyone else have a problem like this and anyone have any suggestions on how to make it easier for everyone?

use syringes and let him do it him self u will have no more trouble it dose work we started with pop and made it a game now no trouble and enjoys doing it him self
