With my 3 year old, we cut out his drinks 1 to 2 hours before bedtime and made sure he went right before he went to bed. We have been doing this since we potty trained him at 2 and still no accidents.

My son was potty trained during the day at 3 years old. He wasn't potty trained over night until he was 5-51/2. Some kids just can't wake themselves up in time to go potty. I second the pull-ups or something similar. Just be patient. I recognized that my son was ready to do without when he woke up about a week straight completely dry. He's had one accident since then and that's all. It just takes time :) Hope that helps. If you have any questions just ask :)

My oldest son was potty trained at two and a half, but wet the bed until he was six. My PD said don't make a big deal about it, just put on night time pants and let it go. What finally helped him was my husband getting up around mid night to take him to the bathroom. He stopped after a few weeks of this practice. We also limited his drinking after seven because he went to bed at eight. Hope this helps.

how long has he been potty trained? have u tried putting a potty in his room so he doesnt have to go all the way to the toilet in the night! also how often do the accidents happen? it could be that he's still not 100% at night and perhaps pull ups trainer pants will help x
