my scar is 4 years old and i still get the same pimple in it every couple weeks, it is were he sewed up a stretch mark. other than that the scar itself isn't bad its the skin that hangs over it because of the incision, its like the scar is the size i used to be and the rest of me is bulging over it, gross but true. i hate sections and don't understand why people would rather it. i had natural birth with my second child and was up and about the same day!! with my first child it took 6 months to recover, with a lot of complications. so boooo on sections hahaha

I hate my scar as well. I can't really see it though b/c of all the excess skin from pregnancy, it's still there and kind of 'hangs' over the scar (which made healing a bitch).

I try not to think about it to much. I laugh at the whole 'its hidden if you wear a bikini' thing cause no way am I ever gonna be able to wear a bikini again.

Yeah something about it creeps me out for some reason. It hurts still to shave over it when doing a trim down there. Oh well he had to come out somehow i guess. xx

I wanted to do the whole all natural birthing thing because having a C-section was my biggest fear.. 22hrs into labor and only 5cm dilated I had to have emergency c-section. I thought that I was going to have this huge ugly scar but the doc. that delivered my baby did such a great jod you can't even tell I hace a scar.. And it has only been 6 weeks ago.. It all depend on the doctor and how low into the bikini line they cut.

I did when I first came out of surgery, but I seem to be very lucky and my scar is no longer raised and it is not red. So now it really doesnt seem to bother me alot. I have had two c-sections, and was cut on the same scar, and even that didnt bother my outlook on it. My boys however gawk at it.
