does anyone have a good weight lose plane

before i had my 2 boys i was 105lb and know after 2 c-sections i am 140 lb i can't seems to lose anymore. i excercise at home at less 4 times a week and i watch what i eat and i also drink water all day long. i have lost some from when i was pregnant but the rest wont go away, its making me crazy. I have some family members still teas me by asking me if im still pregnant, some have told me that i need to just stop eatting all together and my mother in law buys me clothes that are sizes ex-small or just small. i can't take it anymore and i don't want to go to just stop eating because i know that is really bad and i need my energy to keep up with my kids. I would love to go to a gym or play some sports but i can't afford it with the child care. So does anyone have anything that worked for you that i could possibly try to see if it would work for me. thanks

Instead of offering you weight loss advice. Im going to tell you something that I learned the hard way.. It doesnt matter if you are 140 pounds or 190 pounds. Some baby fat sticking around is normal. We arent all like those girls that come out of delivery looking like we were never pregnant in the first place. Relish those extra pounds. Be proud of your body for what it is now instead of wishing it was something different. You are a mom. You have created two miravles.So what if you are a lil heavier... You still look beautiful and desireable. Be happy wiht who and what you are... Thats the steps to happiness. Not a size 0. God bless

Sounds like your family is a lil bit hard on you? Maybe alot of it is you stressing so much about it. what ever you do don't stop eating al together moms need energy to keep up with there kids. When you work out try to increase the intesity of your workouts slowly so you reach a higher level of fitness and build more muscle, when you build muscle you you get smaller because muscle takes up less room then fat. and of course eat healthy switch up the different types of vedgies you eat get creative and make cooking and meals something your family can enjoy together. good luck, and i know hoe you feel!

go to Wal Mart and pick up some Acai Berry Pills and Green Tea Pills they help with weight loss and they are really inexpensive.... under 10 bucks each.

Try changing up your work out for something different. The most reason people plateau during weight loss is their body becomes accustomed to what their doing and eating. If you shock it with something new it'll progress your weight loss again. I do the same thing when I find I've stopped losing and it's helped in the past. If your not doing this either instead of the standard 3 meals a day and a snack.. try eating 6-7 small snack size meals a day. It helps keep hunger at bay since there's always something in your stomach and you won't accidentally over eat at a meal.
Also ignore your family. It may be all in good fun teasing but I know how much it can hurt and annoy. Your MIL though sounds like someone special. Don't stop eating either, that is so unhealthy.

im also 140 after 3 kids and my mil always knocks me, i needed a dress rental place for my sis's wedding and she sent me to a plus sized place

Did you try those and it worked for you? I'm just curious if you heard it through other people that it works, or if you have personally tried the two different pills. I am also trying to lose the last 10-15lbs. and want something new. I am tempted to go try them.
