HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! stuck at this weight!

ok so seriously i had my daughter 3 months ago tomorrow and im still carrying 25 pounds of "baby" weight.. how do i get rid of it fast??!! i had a c-section so it feels weird doing crunches... I NEED ADVICE TIPS SOMETHING!!!!

walking, I drink green tea and their are specialized teas that naturally help with weight loss. This will help to boost your metabilism and give you energy as well. I also did this thing I call the english muffin diet. Buy all wheat english muffins for breakfast I would eat natural peanut butter and natural jelly. Lunch either sliced actual turkey or make a pizza with it(lowfat cheese), egg salad or tuna fish. With each meal drink tea. Dinner salad with grilled chicken and a vinagarette type dressing. Vinegar and oil is good for you or baked haddock with a veg. I crush low fat ritz and place on top wthout adding butter, fish is naturally moist. For snacks cut up fruit salad or Kashi makes these great cheese it type things that are awesome. For the most part balanced diet, normal proportions, good carbs and good fats and anything that will increase your metabalism.

I did the no carb thing and lost 30 in about 4 months. I also walked alot.

If you are breastfeeding, that will help. I still ate like I was pregnant and in 6-7 months was a size smaller than when I got pregnant! Also, remember you didn't gain the weight all at once, so you don't need to lose it all at once. Having a baby is hard work; give your body a break and ease into any weightloss/exercise programs.

Try pilates for you abs after the c-section. They work great and I felt they were less stressful on the incision.

A great website to help with weight is www.sparkpeople.com. They have a TON of info, and they customize it for you - it's a free site. There is also a great community on there!

agreed with holly! weight watchers is amazing! if youre like me, though i eat too much crappy food! look up p90x.. i'm starting that next week.. i bounced back after my daughter.. but now, almost 5 years later.. i'm 30 lbs heavier.. i work at a gnc store, so i know about losing weight.. the p90x program looks all hardcore and stuff on the commercials, but it's really not that bad.. and ppl are losing a ton of weight left and right! check it out!
