Leaky Diapers...

I am a mother of an 11 month old little boy. He sleeps at least 10 + hours through the night, but when we wake up and need a diaper change, it has soaked through his pajamas. I've even had to change the sheets four times this week, because the pee has soaked all the way through. Does anyone have any suggestions for diapers that don't leak? We use Luvs, and have tried Pampers before, but to no resolution. Do they even make overnight diapers for little ones? Any suggestions would be fantastic!!

Of course the overnights are first worth trying. I have been a nurse in nuring homes for almost 10 years and we would have to double diapers for our patients on certain medications. I would try that next. good luck

I had the same problem with my baby boy. His doctor had suggested the Huggies overnight diapers and now we have no problem with leakage. The smallest size I have seen is 3. They are great.

I have had awful luck with both pampers and luvs for boys , i recommend huggies all the way the ultra trim work better than the supreme i think and for girls i have had luck with luvs, but still not a pampers fan....costco has a brand called kirkland and they are almost identical to huggies diapers I can't tell the difference.

don't know what kind of pampers you try but i swear by the pampers crusiers or swadlers whatever size he is.

Thank you for your suggestions! He is in size 3 right now, so a size 4 wouldn't be too much of a difference! I do have a plastic cover already (he was a spitter-upper as a little guy), so I only have to wipe it down. I will try the overnights...I am literally leaving my house right now to get some. Thanks again, everyone's advice is greatly appreciated!

Overnight diapers are the best way to go! I would also invest in a plastic mattress cover if you don't already have one that way your mattress isn't getting wet.

why don't you put pampers or whichever diapers you use, then put those "overnight" boxers on him. That way he has double protection. My son leaks through anything that isn't pampers.

I SWEAR by Huggies Overnights! I was having to change her sheets EVERY morning since I started using these diapers. *DD is 2 and sleeps 11-12 hours a night.* I am back to my usual 3 times a a week *only cause I am OCD lol*

Huggies make an overnight diaper that I have found to work really well. I believe they start at size 4. My son is a big drinker and would always soak through his diaper almost every night, so I know exactly what you're going through. Good luck!
