I really need to tone my tummy it's feels NOT LIKE MY TUMMY! i hate it! i still look kinda pregant and i aint got no baby to show for it!

i can never find the time to jog or walk since i am a single mom and work full time... any suggestions? The area where i live isn't really close to any parks or other areas that are good for walking/jogging esp with kids.

believe it or not biking! gets rid of xcess bady fat all around! i do 20 min a day either stationary or out and about and i have lost 5lbs a month and two dress ssizes in six months. huggs

Im a PT and gym instructor and I agree jogging is the best cure to shed the layers of fat from the top. Target toning will not work and only make the area look bigger if you dont loose the fat first. You will also need to drink plenty of water, at least 2 litres a day and have a healthy diet high in protein (to burn the fat) and full of fruit and veg. If ya need help send me a message :) Im going through the same thing at the moment! I gotta get into shape my babe was 9lbs 4oz so she stretched me good and proper!

I Jog every morning, to shift any weight, you have to strip any fat off before you can see the toning up working, i do the toning up section off clubland workout every night before bed. I have 2 children and my 1 yr old daughter was 9lbs 6 1/2oz and really messed my belly up its hard work but keep with it and you will soon start to feel better about yourself :) xx

try sit ups and leg raises hun start off by doing a few and then increase them
