My daughter is 4 1/2 months old and has recently discovered how to roll over and insists on sleeping on her tummy with her face straight down into the matress with the pacifier still in her mouth. We try to roll her back over to her back, but she just flips right back over. Any suggestions?

So long as she's moving her head when she needs to breathe it's fine. When they become mobile (rolling) it's not as big an issue as when their still really small.

my son decied at 2 months that he wanted to do the same... i just let him sleep comphy... he moves his head when he is ready, but stays on his tummy through the night... but i assume its ok... one yr dr's say "on the tummy" and the next they say "on the back"... so do what you feel is safe...
