My daughter formula has been changed 3x by the doctor. So i left her on soy isomil which is the only one she gets filled on. The only problem now is that she spits up soooo much it isn't even funny. I carry 6 diff outfits with me and 10 bibs because she spits up that much. I cant take it anymore no one realy wants to hold her because they are scared she will spit up on them. I changed her bottles but that only took her gas issue away. What else there left to do for her?

Try holding your baby upright and still for at least 5 mins after feeding. If it is reflux then Gaviscon will help with the spit up. 2 of my friends ahve tried anti reflux formula and hated it. It is so thick and gluggy that it won't go through the teats easily. If your baby is around 4 months you could also try mixing a little rice cereal in to her bottle to thinken it up a bit and hopefully keep it down.

have you tried the reflux formula? It's supposed to be really helpful to babies with bad reflux. My friends have used it and said it's really good.

Read the labels of the different formulas and see which one specifies "spit up". There are different formulas out there for everything. How old is she? Does she fuss when she spits up? Maybe the nipples on her bottles are too fast. Try the slowest nipple out there so that she doesn't get too much at a time. Also, try burping her more often. Maybe burp her every 1-2 ounces of bottle. There is also something called "gripe water" that helps settle the baby's stomach. Hope something works.

how old is she? my daughter threw up every single bottle for a period of months and she threw up almost the whole bottle so i used to be stuck bathing and changing her god knows how many times a day. its really hard to deal with but now she only throws up 1-2 feeds per day at 14 months. you can try sitting her up for feeding and 30 minutes after where possible that is what we have to do with ours

Have you tried a dairy and soy free formula yet? It could be allergies to milk and soy like my daughter.
