Anyone work in a dr's office or home health? Do you like it?

I've worked med-surg, OR, and L&D and don't want/need the stress of the hospital anymore. I've also worked as a school nurse which has great hours but lots of lice, crazy teachers and parents, kids that ditch class to go see the nurse, etc and I'm just getting tired of it after several years. Just wondering what it's like working at a dr's office or home health. I've heard some nurses find it very stressful with hours that can be long and others love it. Just wondering what your opinion was. My husband works shift work so I need regular hours to be here for the kids.
