does the weather affect.........how depressed you feel? I have noticed that when ever the weather changes suddenly it affects how depressed I feel humidly makes it worse as does extreme weather like from hot to cold or cold to hot

i was wondering that same thing, i have been noticing that when it gets warmer or it begins to rain i get really bad and i dont even want to leave my bed sometimes, my husband makes me get up and just sit outside for a while n try to guess shape of clouds or something random like that just to get my mind off of it

yes weither can affect your mode, the best thing you can do is take your mind off of the weither and make your self get up and do something, If it's not raining get out of the house, it will make you feel better. if that doesn't help call your doctor. take care.
