Hi,
My name is Jess. I lost two babies in 2008. I lost the first one on February 1st at 9 weeks. The second one I lost on September 15th at 16 weeks. So this time last year I was losing the first one. The 2nd one I had major complications and almost died. I had a D&C with both but the 2nd one - I lost a lot of blood and my bp crashed. I was admitted to ICU and it was just a really bad situation. I still haven't gotten my blood levels up, I guess it will take a good 6-8 months to get back to normal. Explains why I'm tired all the time. I'm really hoping 2009 is a better year. I have two beautiful children a 3 year old boy and a 2 year old girl. I'm so grateful for them, I would not have been able to get through the two losses without them or my husband. We went for a 2nd opinion because my OB said it was a fluke and that we could start trying right away. I hope the new OB can give us something.. If the risk is too high then we will stop,
So here I am. Hope things get better.
