So, I am amazed this little group is growing quite quickly, so if you feel like it, this is the place to introduce yourselves, maybe tell us how you found Twilight, where you're from, that kind of thing.

My younger cousin actually got me into Twilight. She was prestering me to read this book series for like 6 months, and I finally did....thank goodness I waited so long, I only had a few months to wait for Breaking Dawn and go nuts wanting to know how it ended. LoL.

If you see this, leave this form field blank.

Hello! My name is Caroline and I live in Omaha, Nebraska. The first time I had heard about 'Twilight' was when my 14 year old daughter asked me if she could go see it opening night. Her friends had read the books and absolutely loved them, and she thought she would go see what the fuss was about. She loved the movie so much she just had to take her father and I to see it the next day. Then she wanted me to buy her the book, she's not really into reading so it was taking her quite a while to finish the book, instead she just kept going to see the movie every weekend :o) I picked it up one day in December when I was in between books, and have been addicted since. I had to get the audiobooks so when I'm not able to read I can listen! My husband used to tease me, he'd say "it's us or the books!" Now HE is listening to them on audiobook and he thinks they're great! I love that we can talk about them, and I think it's great when he calls me to tell me his theories on what's going to happen...sometimes he's way off and sometimes he's actually right...LOL! I also made my dad read Twilight before I let him see the movie and he was asking for one right after the other, till he finished them all :o) So, I bought a set to share and a set for myself. I have now lent 'Twilight' to my sister....

P.S. Stephenie Meyer is brilliant!!

I'm Gina, I am 31 have 4 kids and live in Idaho. I love..love the Twilight series. I absolutely have hated reading, and since I've read these books, I can't get enough. I've read the host, and am reading the Twilight series over again, I am starting New moon again. My sister got me started in reading them, now all of my sisters have read them and so has my mom... we are trying to get my grandma to read them!

Ok, I feel a little stupid. My name is Jennifer and I live in Utah. I have a 16 year old daughter and I'm hooked on anything Twilight including the Twilight Game, sorry I haven't introduced myself before. I love trivia, so if I ever get too irritating on the gave just send me a note on my wall. Anyway. my daughter introduced me first to Host, and I loved it. Then, begrudgingly, I read Twilight, about the time Eclipse came out, and I was hooked. I think sometimes I'm more into it than she is, but I've found my other half and she hasn't yet. I pride myself in knowing the series from back to front. I've read it too many times. I have OCD (Obsessive Cullen Disorder) but they really calm me down when I can't sleep. I love the music too, especially the play lists by Stephenie Meyer. Thanks to all of you here that love it too, especially those of you who like to play knowledge games. I hope to get to know you more. =)

Hi everyone, my name is Vanessa and I'm am a Twilight addict:)

I had been hearing about how awesome this book is from all of my co-workers and I was just so skeptical, but I finally broke down and read Twilight. I was so happily surprised how amazing it was to read. I read it in little less than 3 days and ran out to buy New Moon when I was on the 2nd to the last chapter because I didn't want to wait one second to start it. It's not just a book to me, it's more like an experience, I find myself thinking about the characters and their motives constantly. I yearn for Bella and Edward's love story to evolve the more I read. I am just so happy that I found this forum, because my husband makes so much fun of me. It's nice to know that I'm not pathetic afterall, apparently there a a lot of mommy's my age that are as inlove with these books as I am and to find a place that appreciates and understands my obsesscion. It's good to be here:) Looking forward to sharing...

Hello! My name is Michelle. I am 33 and live in Orlando, Florida. A cousin's 12 year old daughter told me I absolutely had to read Twilight. She gave me her tattered copy to read last October, but I didn't get around to it until a month later. I read it in one day. My 2 year old daughter tried to read it with me! She learned to say apple from the pic on the cover of the book ;) I re-read it until we went home for Thanksgiving. My MIL is an avid reader (she got me hooked on the Harry Potter books) and when we got settled in at her house, she comes up to me says "I have a book I want you to read." It was Twilight. My husband had already asked if she would babysit so we could go see a movie while we were there and she had already said yes. Then she found out we wanted to go see Twilight; she wanted to go with us! In the end, she decided to wait and go see it with her daughter. While we were there for the weekend, she asked if I wanted to read New Moon; Of course I did. She said I couldn't take it home with me though. I read it in one day. I read in the car, after my daughter went to sleep, while I was eating....anytime I could when we weren't visiting. When we got back to Orlando, I got Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. My husband (who doesn't read) looked at me smiling with my books and then looked at our daughter and said "Say bye-bye to Mommy. She's going to be gone for a few days." I wish I had known about these books to go to a Breaking Dawn release party! My daughter knows the music from the soundtrack; she can hear certain songs and she yells "Twilight!" She knows what the books look like and hopefully she'll like reading them one day.

Hi my name is Kristy I am 29 and from California. My little sister who is 21 got me to read Twilight. I couldn't put it down and made her give me new moon and eclipse. I think it took me like 3 1/2 days to read them. I finished them a week before Breaking dawn came out. My sister and I went to the release party @ Borders. I litteraly started reading the book out loud in the car on the way home. We stayed up till like 2 in the morning till we just couldn't stay up any longer. I have seen the movie 4 times We went opening night for the midnight showing. It took seeing the movie twice before it grew on me. I am so ready for New Moon to come out. Team Edward all the way! I love Jacob but i believe that the reason he was so drawn to Bell was beacuse of Renesme.

My name is Jodi. I live in Prince Edward Island, Canada. My one and only obsession was Harry Potter and my 16 year old sister kept telling me about this book Twilight. I was like meh, i dunno. Then she kept bugging me so I finally decided to give it a try in October. I couldn't put it down. I read all books within a week which is pretty good for someone who has a 4 year old and a 2 year old. Then I was obsessed with it. My sister and I drove everyone nuts about it. I was a bit disappointed with the movie, only because Edward and Bella's relationship was rushed and not as deep as it should have been but I still can't wait to see it again, haha. I really hope Stepenie Meyer decides to finish Midnight Sun! We should start a petition, haha.

So she handed me the book and I got hooked. We requested all the books available and Brandi beat me to reading most of them until Breaking Dawn came in it got here the day after she left for college so I got to read it first. She had to borrow it from a classmate! At Christmas break we went to the movie. My sister's brother in law owned the restaurant where the Forks restaurant scene was filmed. We found out later, it was top secre- for some reason...
Oh yeah, I live in Eastern Oregon. And I have a 19 yr old girl ,16 yr old boy and a 16 yr old step daughter who just made me a granny for the 2nd time.

I'm a preschool teacher from Missouri. A coworker loaned me her copy of the book. I resisted, saying I don't like creepy vampire stuff. She assured me it wasn't like that. And I read it, really, to get her to leave me alone. But then I was hooked! I couldn't put it down. I went and got my own copies of all four books. And I gave copies to my mom for Christmas so I got her hooked too. And now I think that almost everyone at work has started reading the series...except a couple people who insisted they'd wait for the movie. I can't wait for more!

I went online and bought the first two books right away...then bought the last two books soon after. I read them all in about a month trying to savor them a little. LOL
I was so sad when I finished Breaking Dawn...I am still hungry for more more more! I am not really sure about my"Team" status. I love all of the characters so much. I know that when Twilight comes out on DVD I will be right there to buy it.

HI fellow Twihards! Huggles for everyone!

I'm 22 and from Chicago, although currently live in a small southern suburb of Milwaukee. I juggle my time with my girls, keeping house, and working at a travel plaza called The Flying J...but I make sure to plan me time, otherwise I would go insane!

I was told by several people to read Twilight, because there was nothing close to my OTHER obsession, Harry Potter. What people described Twilight as was nothing close. If I known the cracklike addictive qualities, I would've read the saga much earlier. I started the Twilight saga about a week before the movie came out and finished Breaking Dawn an hour before! Since then I've shared with family and friends alike, even gotten a soldier friend in Iraq hooked! I saw the movie FIVE times the first week!

I heard about Twilight from my friends and they kept telling me to read them because I'm such a book worm anyway.. and plus, I didn't have much all to do while being pregnant other then sleep :p My boyfriend suprised me with the hardback series and I started reading them right away. It took me three days to finish the first one and I was INSTANTLY hooked. Of course, I was also instantly hooked on Edward. I finished the second and third in about a month and began to read the fourth. Sadly, I'm still on the fourth because I don't have much time to read with my two month old being about.. but I cannot wait to see what's going to happen in the end :D

By that Friday I had bought all 4 books and figured if she loved them that much and I was spending all that money, then I was gonna read them too. I LOVED them.

My daughter and I were at the theater on opening night for the midnight showing of the movie and we have seen it 3 times. It was a great movie but didn't live up to what I had in my mind for it. The books are always way better.

My name is Christina and I'm from Ontario Canada. How I got into the TwiIight series...going back to last summer, I would find myself always passing the twilight books several times in the book store but I would never pick them up. This happened over quite a few days but, they always grabbed my attention. The covers made the books a mystery to what the story was about. Until one day I finally picked the first book up "Twilight" and read the back. It peaked my interest...well long story short....I pretty much was hooked and have read all the books, seen the Twilight movie and now waiting on the next. =) Love the characters a lot and hope they make all the books into movies.

I had no idea what twilight was last November. All I knew was that there was some teen movie coming out about vampires. I actually ended up going to see the movie with a friend and liked it. Then i started hearing from friends and neighbors how they had read the books and loved them. I was shocked that a lot of these people were moms. So I decided to get the first book and was instantly hooked. I read that book in two days and immediately went out to buy New Moon. After I finished New Moon, another 2 days, I couldn't find eclipse and I was freaking out. It took me a week to find it and so I bought the last two books together and read them over christmas break. I've read each book at least 3 times, and have seen the movie more times than I can count. I am a huge twilight fan, and I am so glad I found some more moms that enjoy the book as well.

I'm Bekah and I'm 26 with two girls who are 3 and 14 months in So Cal. I was trying very hard not to get caught up in the Twilight excitement. Finally over Thanksgiving my friend gave me her copy since she bought a hardback copy. The Tuesday after Thanksgivng I read it & was out on Wednesday buying New Moon. I read that in a day & went out to get the last two books. Well, I guess there was a shipment of Eclipse that had to be sent back because it was missing a few pages. I was going nuts because I couldn't get a copy anywhere (& my friend lives in another state so I couldn't just borrow her copy). So, I read Midnight Sun while I waited for Eclipse to get in. From when I picked up Twilight to when I finished the series was just under 2wks (13 days). I saw the movie the day after Christmas. Love the series & really want to read more!

I recieved all four as a christmas gift this year and just finished Breaking Dawn last night. It's been a great tool to help me to get closer to my step-daughter, as we talk about it every chance we get. She just started Breaking Dawn, so now I have to wait to discuss it with her. I'm looking forward to reading the excerpt of Midnight Sun that is on Stephenie's website. Perhaps I will get around to that today :) Team Edward all the way!

I picked up Twilight at my local book store since the movie was to come out a few months later to see what all the fuss was about. The lady at the book store said it was a good book.  Twilight sat in my closet for like a month before I finally started reading it.  I finished it in 3 days and the rest of the series in 2 1/2 weeks!     I saw the movie the night it opened!!  Now I'm trying to get my husband to read it.

Hope Stephanie Meyer continues to write, I would love to read all the books from Edward's prospective! Glad to know now that I am not the only one obessed!

Hi!! My name is Keri and I am from Dundas, Ontairo (Canada) and I am totally hooked on the twilight series. My babysitter was reading the series and told me how good they were. So my husband gave me the whole series for Christmas (much to his dismay!!) and I read them all in less than 5 days. I am an avid reader but I have neve come across a series that  I wanted to read again as soon as i finished the last book!!!LOL - My husband just shakes his head and calls himself a Twilight widow. I love the way Edward treats Bella but think that he could be a little too perfect for me - (althought I'd be willing to try!!) maybe Jasper more my type. Saw the movie but I felt a little disappointed - felt it moved too quickly and needed a little more detail.

I'm a team Edward and a Team Jacob person.... Team Edward for Bella and Team Jacob for me! When I read New Moon - Jacob reminded me so much of my husband I started calling my husband my own personal space heater. :D

I was totally not interested in reading a book about vampires and werewolves, but I went camping in August (the same weekend Breaking Dawn came out) and I didn't have anything better to do, so I grabbed all 4 books and headed to the mountains. I read them all in 5 days and I was hooked! I was very disappointed in the movie...have seen it 3 times thinking I'll like it eventually, but I don't. However, I'm very excited about New Moon because I think they'll have a big enough budget to make it decent!

Hi! My name is Wendy and I live in Tennessee. I started reading Twilight after my 18 year old daughter (who never reads) started reading them like her life depended on it. Thank goodness Breaking Dawn was out before I started reading them. I read all four books in 9 days and am now re-reading them again. I can not believe how awesome they are or how addictive they can be. Since we watched the movie, my 12 year old daughter has read all four through once and went back and read Twilight 2 more times. My husband is reading them now. He is on Eclipse, but is taking forever to finish. I liked the movie ok, but nothing compares to the books. I really liked Edward, but absolutely love Jacob. He can be a jerk, but he is also so sweet and loves Bella so much that I just had to feel sorry for him. His personality reminded alot of my husband. I was upset at my husband a few weeks ago and like a idiot started crying. He gave me a hug and appologized for being a jerk which made me feel better, but I cryed harder when he told me I would always be his Bella and he wanted to always be my Jacob or Edward. Yes, he got extra points for that one.

I just finished Meyer's other book The Host this morning - it's also very good.

As much as I love Edward, Jacob is my man, or Jasper depending on the mood I'm in. Edward is perfect for Bella, but he's too perfect for me. I think it would get annoying after a while :-)
