What do I read now?

It depends. Do you like just the young adult version of books or a more adult one? I love paranormal romance books, the steamier the better. The most recent series I read was The Endurers by Rose Wynters. It was hot enough to almost blow my kindle up lol. She has two books in this series, Rubenesque Rapture and Curvaceous Condemnation. If you like books like this you might want to try it out.

Any thing for J.r. ward, Sherrilyn Kenyon and L.J. Smith all 3 are authers I have reread all their books more then once all ave longer series that are still coming out with new books The dark hunter books are at book number well mid 20's somewhere that will keep you busy for a while.

Well..do you want another teen series or adult? I read a new series by Claudia Gray that I enjoyed. So far there's only two books out..Evernight Acadamy and Stargazer ( I am waiting for third book to come out). This is a teen series. An adult series that I am addicted to is by JR Ward called The Black Dagger Brotherhood series. So far there are 6 books I think. I am on the 4th one.

I wondered about this too. I am taking my time because I do have homework do, but once I get the book I'm done in two days of obsessive reading. I've put off the last two because I didn't know what to read after that. I've not been so addicted to characters in a long time.



I would suggest the Song of Fire and Ice series by George RR Martin. The first book I think is called A Feast for Crows. It follows many different characters from their point of view. HBO is doing a series based on the books, think HBO's Rome meets sci-fi.

A friend of mine is reading a new series of Vampire books. I believe she said there is like 15 books in the series, im thinking paper back on all. I cannot remember the name of the books but I can get them. She said that it is NOT the Twilight series or even in comparison but it is still good because it is alittle more graphic and more on the adult level. If interested let me know...I can get the info for you!

I have found that the books by J.R Ward are awesome the brotherhood series and Christine Feehan has three different series the Dark Prince is great but be warned they are more for adults some things get very racey. I have all of the books you can feel free to get ahold of me and I will give you all the details.

Its fan written stories about the Twilight Characters. Some do their own versions of Twilight, so have done Midnight Sun alternates. There are some amazing stories on there.

There is a book that Stephenie Meyer herself reviewed and she loved it. The first book in the series it City Of Bones. I read the first 10 chapters and it was really good. I wish I could remember the name of the author. I seen the book somewhere on facebook. When I remember the author i will let you know.

I'm just over halfway through with The Host (the other novel by Stephanie Meyer) and I love it!!! It is so good. Its a little slow in the beginning, but if you stick with it, it is more than worth it. I've also heard the Sookie Stackhouse series is very good as well.

Sookie Stackhouse series by Charlaine Harris starting with Dead Until Dark (so far 9 books, 10th in May I think) are great. A little more R rated than PG13

Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon- I've only read the first 3, but love love love this. It's more historical fiction, time travel and romance all in one.

i agree with stephanie i started watching the TrueBlood series on HBO from the beginning and cannot stop i count days until next episode comes on (which i DVR of course) it is for lack of a better explination Twilight for adults you can get series on dvd too if you dont have HBO

The House Night Series is really good by P.C. Cast and Kristin Cast. Also try the Sookie Stackhouse Series by Charlene Harris the HBO Series TrueBlood is based on these books.

I found it in the romance section, I never look in there but I need something new to read and found this. I'm not sure what the series is called, I will find out. But so far so good.

I enjoyed reading the sookie stackhouse series by Charlaine Harris. They have a light and amusing quality. Charlaine also writes 3 other series (lily bard, Aurora teagarden, and Harper connelly series'). They are very entertaining and since they are alot shorter than the twilight series, they are easier to read when you have little kids.

I have never read the sam e book twice either, but everyone keeps telling me to read twilight again...

I'm not a big person on reading books but ive read them 4 times in a month and im thinking about doing it again,and ud think that somethin would be boring after reading them that much but i still cry and laugh,my bf thinks im insane,lol.I havent had a chance to check other books out but someone told me to look up "Lynsay Sands,she also wrights about vamps and its more for an older crowed,i dont know though becuse i havent been able to put down,Twilight,New Moon,Eclipse,and Breaking Dawn.Also a partial draft of Midnight Sun is on stephenimeyer.com,she advises not to read it but once u look it up u cant help to read it,its Edwards point of view of Twilight.

I'm reading the Outlander series now and I love them! The author, Diana Gabaldon, has the same talent for making you feel close to the characters as Stephenie Meyer. I highly recommend. It's a little more adult than Twilight so I would read them first before giving them to your kids.

I'm going to agree with a couple of earlier posting and say The Host. I read it after reading the Twilight series the first time because I was hoping it would be a good transition away from the Twilight characters. And it was. It's not vampires and werewolves, but the characters will still suck you in.

some people were talking about the night world by lj smith..thy are good...very quick easy reads, but she also has a series called the vampire Diaries...you can get all four books in one now(and also series called Forbidden games, the secret circle, and Dark Visions) i loved them when i was in high school

I just got back from a trip where I took a great book that was suggested by S.M. called the Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. I loved it. Couldn't put it down. And it's just the first in a series. I would recommend that to anyone interested. Sorry no vampires.

I have been reading the Anita Blake: Vampire Hunter books by Laurell K. Hamilton. There are sixteen books in the series.  She has another series of books based on Meredith Gentry a fairy princess.

After the best series ever (twilight, etc) I found the author Charlaine Harris. She does the Sookie Stackhouse Novels. On HBO these are now the series True Blood. They are pretty good however NOT even close to Stephanie Meyer.

You might wanna go and read Midnight Sun.  Stephenie Meyer has it up in her website. It is Twilight but from Edward't point of view. That is what I did when I finished the series, bad thing is she only has the first 11 chapters, you can download it, but u can't print it,  and she wont be releasing the book any time soon. But it is fantastic....It is Edward talking so...what else can I say. LOL
