Gah my flipping mouth hurts four hours at the dentist today vicodin isn't working if I had someone to watch my kids I'd loose my self in a few tequilla sunrises, but I don't so I won't and it hurst like hell!

The key to any bad situation, besides prayer, is...anyone can say they would die for their kids, it's a split second decision,...what would you do to live for your kids?

Can they put you on something stronger? Vicodin's never worked for me either. Call them and ask. Usually they will.

that suxs so much :( i had a tooth out minor work really but that was the worst pain even more so than MY labour pains......
once my hole started to heal i used clove oil around it!... tasted fucking horrible and almost spewed several times but did numb the area to a bearable ache, hope it eases up for u soon xx

ouch Sarah That's nasty that would have taken a lot of breathing good advice it helps during child birth as well.

If you can stand it. Not sure what you had done at the dentist. Breathe in through your nose & out through your mouth. It is a natural pain reducer as it helps oxygenate the blood, plus it gets you to concentrate on something other than the pain.
Learned this from an occupational therapist I had when I had to have surgery to remove a section of my spine.
