I have always struggled with my weight. In my culture growing up they don't teach you about portion control. They pile your plate with food and scarf it down. I worry about my daughter because she just wants to eat everything in sight. I want us both to be healthy. In 2011 my goal is to lose the weight I've gained most of all I would really like to have a healthy diet and exercise for life. I am at least 60 pounds over the weight I should be. My goal is to be at a healthy weight. I know how to lose the weight. I just need some motivation.
