How do yo ufeel having a substitute in your house? Do you have one? Who do you use?
I need to have one...my husband is my emergency sub right now; and the parents know that at the time of enrollment. But I need somebody else, just in case I need a few hours here and there to do other stuff.

Legally I cannot have a sub in my house. So in my contract with parents it states that they are responsible for care if I/my family has appoinments or emergencies. In rare emergency cases i have had a neighbor or my mother fill in until daycare parents can get here. but thats it. Having that written int o my contract really makes it easier.
