I am an assistant director at a childcare facility and I want to start a parent invovlement group but Im not sure where to start or how to go about doing this. Does anyone have any suggestions that will help get this started maybe a letter that you have sent out to parents to get one started? Thanks so much!!

My advice would be to chat with a few parents first and get a feel for what they want in a group. Then you can go into your letter with a list of topics offered and this will help many more parents feel comfortable and willing to participate.
