I am a single widow with three ADHD teenage sons and after years of 'busking it' and 'just getting through the day' have finally found some useful help - visit and register on a
website called www.ladd.co.za - they offer insightful articles and amazing blogs where you can learn and vent and feel a bit normal as well......
