www.webmd.com help with health problems and doctors use that site. Here is some stuff that I find out. Add mostly fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, and omega 3 fat. Ex: eggs, Greek yogurt, greens vegetables, purple cauliflower, nuts & seeds, apples and plums, turmeric. when I find out more I will tell you. And you can also try ensure 4 kids and boost 4 kids. That might help too.
