I would like to treat my ADD with a diet of foods that might help, is there a good website for that or book that could work?

Have you heard of spark? I started drinking it twice a day and changed what foods I eat and it has seemed to work good for me! http://www.advocare.com/140556864 it will be under products. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to email back.

www.webmd.com help with health problems and doctors use that site. Here is some stuff that I find out. Add mostly fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, and omega 3 fat. Ex: eggs, Greek yogurt, greens vegetables, purple cauliflower, nuts & seeds, apples and plums, turmeric. when I find out more I will tell you. And you can also try ensure 4 kids and boost 4 kids. That might help too.
