Embrace the joys of a messy house! lol

I don't trust someone who has an immaculate house. I think there must be something wrong with them inside. Their priorities must be out of whack. They put a clean house ahead of spending time with friends and family and self-care. They could be having fun or going on the computer, or going for a walk, but instead they are at home with bleach and a vacuum cleaner. The pathological organization, with everything in it's place and a place for everything, there must be some type of medication for this condition, right? Something to stimulate their spontaneity, help them break out of their prison of routine and shake things up! ;)

None of the women I am closest with have immaculate houses. They are amazing women with big personalities and even bigger hearts. They are too busy living and going in so many directions to spend all their time cleaning and organizing.

A clean house is a sign of a sick mind! :D

We keep as busy as possible. We may shut down after we become overwhelmed but we know how to get back up again. My ADHD has only gotten worst after i had my third child. I love challeges but sometime it can be a bit overwhelming and it feels great right now too know there are people out there like me. I have a problem with starting things and not getting very far...so I move on too the next. I have been determined all of my life but now it seem I give up more now.

I honestly don't know. I wonder that myself sometimes. But my kids are still alive...somehow, and my marriage is good. So I try to focus on the positive.

By learning to laugh at the outrageous way we view the world. The world is a funnier and more entertaining place because of Moms with ADD.
