my in laws are constantly putting me down and everyone is giving me a hard time about the choices i make for my daughter. I had depression before i got pregnant and now everything is harder since my daughter has been born. Any sugestions?

I think you have to try and find the strength to tell them to butt out. Not easy I know, especially if you have to rely on them for childcare or babysitting but you have to trust your judgement. Having depression doesn't make you a bad mum and it doesn't mean the choices you make are bad either. Ask yourself if you have made the decision for the right reason and for the best of your daughter not just yourself. If you have then stop beating yourself up over it and good luck with the in laws.
