looking for ladies that have diabetes also so I can learn more about how to eat and deal with my type 2 diaetes and I was started on the medication metfomin last week and come to find out I as allergic to the iodine tha was in it and so now on actos. need some information about differnet thingand how to deal with the diabetes

Best cookbook for diabetics - Trim & Terrific Diabetic Cooking by Holly Clegg. Another awesome resource for a T2 is www.TuDiabetes.org, it'll connect you to other T2.
