My husband and I were stationed there and are now stationed in KS but we are going to try and come back there! We loved it there!

Born and bred in Colorado Springs! Great place to live, great schools and very military friendly! Just PCSed to TX from CO Springs and I am missing it like crazy! What do you want to know?

great place to live, we were @ Ft. Carson from 92-94, Security Widefield area was very back, not sure about now, job market was not the greatest, I worked for Army Community Services the 2 yrs we were there, we would have stayed after my husband got out, but all the family was on the east coast and our girls were young, so we moved back east

I'm from Colorado, and Ft. Carson and CO Springs are beautiful...there is so much to do and see, especially if you are a nature person. I love Colorado, but I guess I'm bias lol.

my husband is stationed in ft carson and we live in Colorado springs, i LOVE it here. It's beautiful and mostly everyone is nice. It's a great city and has pretty much anything you want and if the springs doesn't have it denver does and it's only an hour away. there's so much to do and lots of family oriented things.

my husband has been stationed in colorado springs at peterson afb for almost three years it has its ups and downs but is overall a nice place...let me know if you need anything

i hear its really nice and before. my friend did his time and retired and stayed living there. my hubby wanted to go but they gave him ft. bliss....ugh. i would so go to ft. carson anyday. good luck and i hope u like it.
