child in a forign school for kindergarten need help

im currently in germany and my daughter does not make the overseas military school cut off date for age,,,she turns 5 this comin up sept...she can not go to a dod school next year unless its preschool...however i was told at the wic office that i could enroll her in a german school next year for kindergarten...i was wondering if anyone has done this if so i could use some advice of if this is a good idea and i would have more questions as well if you are willing to help me understand it better
