I was 10 weeks pregnant. On jan 16 i started bleeding, jan 18 I passed the "baby" so they said I wouldnt need a d&c afterall and sent me home saying ill bleed for like a week. so today is jan 30 and im still bleeding.. not heavy like i was and its like a browny color now.. but i bleed enought to almost fill 1 pad a day.. Is this normal. how long did everyone else bleed for

When I have my first miscarriage it progressed a lot faster then yours. I was ~10 weeks when I started bleeding on a Monday and went to the hospital that afternoon. At the exam they said that I was likely miscarrying and would pass the "baby" in a few days.
That night, I had a contraction. Just one, it lasted for a good 20 minutes before I passed the "baby".. and the placenta.. at the same time. Everything had fragmented. As soon as that happened all pain stopped.
Got an ultrasound done 2 days later, and was told there was no sign that I had ever been pregnant :(
Get an ultrasound done and make sure they check your hormone levels, it's the only way to know how it's progressed

I started bleeding on the 28th jan, passed the "baby" on the 1st feb, went for a "scan to confirm" on the 2nd, they said there was just a bit of fluids etc left, and that i cud bleed for up to 2 weeks. Im just 'spotting' like you now, but my blood is still red at times, so its still fresh blood if that makes sence. If yours is brown then its old blood thats in your womb still.
Well my point is it just varies you cant really be told how long you are or aren't going to bleed for, just got to let nature take its course hun x

I'm practically going threw the same thing as you..i'm a month pregnant. and i've been bleeding since jan 21st. I went to the ER because i was bleeding heavier. my hormone level is low but if it keeps getting low then i'm probably in the process of miscarriaging.

nope they havent been watching my hormone levels at all. i havent been to see a doctor since jan 18 but if it doesnt stop soon ill make a appointment

I bled for 21 days before they did a D&C to remove some clots that were left in my uterus. I was only 4 1/2 weeks though.
Do they know for a fact that everything came out? Sometimes pieces of the placenta can stay in, which would keep your hormone level up and continue the bleeding. Have they checked your hormone levels to make sure that they are going down?
