Need advice/help...OCD

I have OCD, and I am about to have a 3rd child. Our "family" situation had changed when we allowed my 2 aunts and uncle to move into the basement after they lost their home.

Needless to say it is driving me crazy! I already have to deal with my husband changing and moving things, or messing things up but now I have my aunts getting into everything. I continue to tell them to just leave things alone that I will do it - but nothing is changing.

I am actually getting highly depressed and having anxiety attacks over this. I try to keep my house organized but everyday I'm having to fix something or go behind someone.

I am very scared that I am going to upset people, even though I know it is my house but I have a hard time confronting people. PLEASE HELP!
