My Hubby and I have an 18 year age difference! He has 2 boys all grown up (19 and 23) and we just had our baby boy Jackson 2 months ago.

In fact the age difference became very noticable when his oldest son had his first child 3 months before Jackson was born! So I became a step-grandma BEFORE I was a mom. Incredible!

The good news is everyone is completly supportive in our cirlce of family and friends.

ANyway - I was happy to see your group.

My name is Jessica. I'm almost 32 and my husband is 45. When we met he was 37 and I was 24. So I think that is like 12.5 yrs. difference. He is really mad at me for my "childish" behavior and is constantly telling me I need to "grow up." I just get sick of the "almost like a daddy" thing he has towards me! LOL I guess I should be grateful because he does do really well at supporting us and being a good dad, I just wish he could see where I am coming from as far as wanting to have a life and keep friends and whatnot. I am glad I found this group and I am looking forward to more discussion here! Thanks!

my fiancee and i have a 13 year difference between us. i am 21 and he is 34. we just had our daughter march 20th of this year and i have a 3 year old boy from a previous relationship that adores him. the only time you can really see the age difference is when he'll refer to a movie or music group from when he was younger and i will have no idea what he is talking about, the fact that he has two ex wives and i have never been married, and the best one lol that my mom is only 41.

My husband is 38 and I am 25, so 13 1/5 years between us. We have four children, two boys (mine from a previous marriage, but he is in the process of adopting) and twin girls together. When we started dating we didn't have a clue how old the other was, but once we fell in love it really just didn't matter to us.

Hi all!  My fiance and I have an 18 1/2 year age difference. I am 26 and he is 44. We have 1 little boy for the both of us named Jacob, who is about to turn 2 on the 15th. We are about to get married in June.  We don't see a problem with the difference but I know some people do, so i'm glad to see there is a group on here that supports us.

There is 12 1/2 years between my husband & I. When we married in 1992, he was 39 & I was 27. He's now 56 & I'm 43; we have 4 children ages 14, 12, 10 & 4. He also has a 38 year old daughter from a early marriage in the 1970s. She has 3 children; 18, 12, 9.

I call her "The daughter from Hell" because of the trouble she has brought to my house.
