My boy is one year and lmost 1 month old and he just said mama, papa, titi and daddy (main language is Spanish) . I don't know if is normal or if he's suppose to talk more.

It's normal, especially if you are teaching him to be bilingual. Children growing in bilingual households tend to start speaking a little later just because they are having to process learning two words for everything. It doesn't mean there's any sort of delay and by the time they reach 3-5 they are usually speaking just as much as their peers!

I agree with Channelle if you just continue to talk to him like a grown up he will be talking before long. People use to get mad at me because they would talk baby talk to Maya and I would ask then nicely to talk to her using real words. I never understood the purpose of baby talk and have never liked it I guess that combination of mom and preschool teacher in me.

That is normal. children start to talk at that age.... just speak to him like you would any other grown up. If you use baby language he will take longer to talk than with normal talking. my daughter spoke before you could walk properly because i never used baby language with her... but every baby is different.
