I feel the same way girls! I felt better after the Dr. put me on antidepression meds too!

I completely know what you mean, Sarah. After my second, I had no energy, was completely rotten to everyone around me, and screamed at everyone in close range. Part of it was my frustration with my joints, but I had post-pardum. I went on Prozac and took that until things were under control all around. Any chance you are effected in the same way? I'm sorry to hear about your access to meds. Jennifer hopefully has some tips about injectables and pregnancy. Take care.

Hi everyone,
Just felt like having a sook because I'm going through a bad flare. First really bad one since having Lochie. Feel bad that I haven't got the energy to sit and play with him and am really bad tempered. You guys in America have so many more options for meds. In Australia all we've got at the moment is methatrexate and arava, Think they're just starting to bring out some sort of injection but I've been too well for it. Was anyone having the injections before they got pregnant because we're planning on another one next year and I would like to know how safe it is. Anyway that was my whinge lol. Hope everyone else is doing well.

Summer was fabulous. I didn't have hardly any problems. Now that the weather is shifting, I've been flaring up like crazy. Now we are at the beginning of the school year and that isn't helping a bit! My feet hurt, my hands hurt, I have a hard time sleeping, and that makes it harder to get up every day.

How is the Orencia working for you? I hope you've seen some progress. My father in law lives in Texas and says the rain has come. If you are like me, then that is not a good sign for your RA. I hope that's not the case.

If it didn't mean uprooting my family, I'd probably move to the place on the Earth with the least weather changes!

Hi Michelle! You sound kind of like me...but who wouldn't if you're in this circle. LOL. End of the school year is so stressful!!! Which doesn't help the RA I have found out. Have had my 2nd round of treatment with the Orencia infusion and it wasn't to bad. The IV needle really hurt and it took about an hour. Have a nice bruise too. But hey, if it helps the RA I will gladly do it. The nurse said it usually takes about 3-4 treatments to work. Hope it helps. Found out Orencia has only been out about a year. Anyone try it yet? Last time I ask no one had...

Hope all is well w/everyone and if your like me, ready for the summer! No cold weather...well, at least none here in Texas!
