5 YO daughter who won't sleep at night

Hi I have a 5 year old daughter who wakes every night. If i don't respond to her and help her back in bed, bathroom, etc she goes into these screaming tantrums. I have tried ignoring her and it gets worse. I need help. I am at my whits end since i work full time and need sleep. Any suggestions would be great.

This behavior is very normal at this age.First you should take her in your confidence and ask the reason behind that.May be she is scared of something.Try to narrate her some stories before going to bed, some fairy tales so that he is happy before sleep.Dont ignore her, be calm and polite.Give her some fav toy or doll and let her sleep with her.Initially it is difficult but gradually she will adjust.Till you have to wait.
