Acne is starting on my 10 year old daughter

My 10 yr old Daughter has started having very small bumps on her nose (not white/black head pimples) also gets pimples on her forehead and chin. I never had acne as a child/teen (my skin is dry). Hers is more oily & I started her using Noxema. What do you all suggests she clean/scrub with?
