My almost 12 year old daughter is a d cup. I am a c and am concerned she's still growing. As far as food...she has a dairy allergy and has very little dairy so I don't think that's it. Could be in the meat, but we don't eat a lot of meat either. My mother in law has a big chest and my daughter favors her

Quoting Jodi:

I have also heard it is about the hormones in our meat these days ....... I try to buy organic.

I agree with this.  I also believe that milk is a trigger.  I try to make sure all of our meat and dairy are organic.  I also believe that soy is a factor.  Although Asian people eat soy they do not eat soy products as much as people in the US (soy burgers, soy hot dogs, soy milk etc)  soy in its whole form of edamame, natto or tempeh is ok.

Mine stopped (well till my kids) at 17, my sister on the other hand was an A cup till 19 then shot up to a C (no other weight gain). It has to do with the individual chemistry, but for a rough idea talk with the other women on both sides of the family and you should be able to get a ballpark. Though if all the women are heavy chested chances are she will be too.

I've noticed some of my 11 yr olds friends wear padded bras.they go from busty in t shirts then in bathing suits their flat.i did that at 7 just playing around, but i wouldnt go outside.why do girls want to grow up fast.my daughter said if she could she'd cut them off.I don't know if u call it blessed but i call it a curse, gotta fight the boys off.you get picked on if you have boobs and you get picked on if you don't

I was a 36DD by the time I was 12. I personally think that all of the fillers, preservatives, steriods and foreign things that are put in our food is what is making our children develop so fast, way beyond their years. You should take her to her doctor, they can actually do something about it now, give her an injection to slow the hormones.

Just shows how different everyone is. My daughter is 11 and hasn't even started "growing" yet. It doesn't bother her yet but, I know some of her classmates where padded bras.

I find this early development of girls really sad actually! No offence, because it is not intended. There was only 1 girl when I was in primary school who even needed a bra. Most girls didn't get them until they were 12 or 13. I was nearly the last (I was 14, and still only a C cup).

I'll be honest, I freaked last year when I picked my son up from school at his class one day, and there were so many girls there who were taller than me (I am 5"7) and had bigger boobs than me!! He was Year 5 (11).

I have also heard it is about the hormones in our meat these days ....... I try to buy organic.

Just as a side note, apparently, the earlier puberty is triggered, the earlier it ends. They all catch up eventually, so you may find your daughter stops growing by the time she is 13 for instance :)

My daughter just turned 14 and she is growing out of a D cup:( Her docter told me that girls usually grow up to and maybe alittle past 2 yrs from the time they start their menstural cycle.....So if she started at 12 then between 14-15 is when she will probably stop growing.....She is 5'8 now and man i don't want her to grow much more:)) Good Luck on everything! Take Care and Have a Great Friday:)

I am scared for my daughter to get older! I heard it has someting to do with the hormones they are feeding the animals we eat now. When I was in high school no one had big boobs! Now they all do!

My 16 year old was an early bloomer, too. She is now in a double D. She swears they are still growing. I guess they stop growing when everything else stops, too.

My daughter is 11 and almost a C cup. She is overweight I think that may have some of it but I have no room to talk.. I was a D by the time I was 14 it sucked. Has she started her period? My Dr. said they grow the most right before they start and the first few months after they start. Who knows. I feel for her..Good luck to both of you..

Wow it's really hard to say, I started budding at 6yrs old but only still had about a B cup at 15yrs old. The I turned 16 and within 3 months I blew up into a overflowing C. I am 25 and after 2 babies I now have a full D. I don't think they ever stop growing. It kind flux's with weight gain and loss etc... She should be done growing by age 16 or 18 I would think.
