I have this problem I was crazy enought to get prego with a second child for the same men, knowing damn well he put me thur hell with the first child.My question is that my second son will be here in Sept, how long do I have to wait to get child support for him since the father already on child support for my fist son?

Well the first thing is he has to sign the birth certificate at the hospital im only saying this cause im not sure if your on good terms with him and if he wants to be a prick he can try to deny the child and you will have to get a DNA that takes 5mos. If he signs then all you have to do is wait till you can get the birth certificate from vital statistics and go to the court to modify your current support order. They usually give you a date within 60 days. Then you go to court and go over his and your financials and come up with an agreement. Its a little bit of a process but not too lengthy. Hope all works out well for you.
