My 7 yr old son has ADHD/ODD however he is shy and keep everything bottled up inside of him until he explode into a big ball of terror any suggestion on how I can help my baby

my son was the same way, we got him into counseling and his counselor helped him to learn how to express his feelings so that they did not get all bottled up inside.
