An almost 11 year old who still sometimes has "pee-pee" accidents but only at home and only during the day. Most of the time it is in the bathroom only feet from the toilet but she does not "make it" there.

my son did that a few times (he's 6) i noticed it was because he was so "busy" playing and was trying to hold it in until he couldn't any longer and just ran for the bathroom but never made it. This might not be the same reason your daughters doing it but like Carrie said its a possibility.

First: put on diapers,
Second: then you should have her checked out, It could be some medical causes.

She has been doing it for years and has been checked for bladder infections before. But how is a "weak bladder" diagnosed? I just find it interesting that she never has accidents any where but home so it is almost like she just does not care about things at home but can control it any where she would be embarrased.
