No medical problems right?! Most kids dont want to sleep especially when they know some people in the house are still awake. I say, Set a routine or a rule that bedtime is like ...8pm. And make sure they have tons of activities during the day (that will tire them) AND make it a habit to read them a story before bedtime. Not just send them off to their room.
Btw, does she still get afternoon naps? If yes, maybe thats the problem. My dd wakes up 7am everyday, doesnt take naps after school and she's off to bed by 8pm. same routine even if its a weekend. coz ones you break that routine...its gone.

Make sure all medical is clear. My youngest was getting up all hours of the night. One night I went into her room and just sat there while she slept. She STOPPED breathing many times during the night. She would hold her breath for up to 15seconds. I couldnt let her go longer then that. That was what was waking her up. She had to have her tonsules and adnoids (misspelled both words but maybe you know what I mean) out.Now she has no problems. What is her bed time? You may want to make it later. Is she still taking afternoon naps? If so cut those out.Warm milk and a chuck of cheese right before bed will help her sleep too. Does she say why she is getting up? Mine can co-sleep if they want too. Sometimes mine wake up at night and they just come climb in our bed. Are you against that?
