Need birthday party ideas for 11 year old boy

I need help! My son is turning 11 and is having a birthday party. This is the first year that we haven't had a pool party and I need ideas. It was so much easier when we lived in a house with a pool in the backyard. Now we've moved. He's in 6th grade so any baby or little kid things are out. He wants to play video games with his friends the whole time but I'm afraid that a lot of them will be bored for the whole 3 hours. We've got 2 computers and a TV for PS2 or Wii games. Is this enough to keep 8 kids from getting bored? Thanks for any ideas.

Is your son into Harry Potter? I am planning a Harry Potter themed party for my son's 11th birthday. There is so much you can do with it.
We have also done an Army themed birthday for one of our sons. Most boys that age think that is pretty cool.
