Summer daycare/babysitters--Money, Money, Money!!

We are struggling to keep up with summertime costs of daycare! Anyone else? With 2 kids in daycare it is almost worth taking the summer off! Any ideas or suggestions?

I know, I can't affored it either, but I stay at home with the kids. Anyways if you have any relatives or close friends with kids, try a swapping system. Offer to watch her kids one day a week if she'll do the same for you, and grandparents are a big help to me. they love spending time with the kids. also i've heard that some daycares will give you a discount if you donate to them some toys or other things they need.
