Grapes are always good...cut them in half. Half a kiwi and give them a spoon,it's fun!

Broccoli, Salads (I use spinach instead of iceberg). You can include a cup or baggie of dressing (Show them how to cut the corner off the baggie and squeeze the dressing out). Raisins, grapes, strawberries, bananas.... Some grocery stores sell the packs of sliced apples with carmel dip.

Hi, I put some vegies in my kids lunch boxes and they love it as much as fruit. a few celery sticks and carrot sticks are always a good snack.

I have been trying 2 do the same thing but its hard coming up with different foods 2 keep them interested.
