My five year old son is very picky. I am very concerned when kindergarten starts in the fall. I have no idea what I will pack him to eat in his lunch. He can be very stubborn and has been known to throw up things he doesnt like or want to try. Any suggestions???

I would suggest you pack what he likes at first. But when he starts school have him eat school lunch a couple of times. When he does go to school. he will see other kids eating things and it might make him want to try them. Have you put your foot down? My grandma told me they will eat when they are hungry. And it does work. No dessert no snacks before bed or anything if they dont eat dinner. I dont know if it will work for you or not. Good Luck. You can also go to school and eat lunch with him and you can get a school lunch tray so he sees you eating what he is.
