for all you parents of kids 12 and under theres a computer web site name ''kidzui'' it's keep your child save it helps with homework and it sensor everything to mke sure it's child safe. Also about sexting you child don't have to have a phone they uses there friend phone. so becuz they don't have one don't stop them. the best way to stop it is to talk to your girls and get them to understand that sexting could mess there life upright along with the virgin talk. most parent don't know theres a scholarship for girls who stay virgins and go to college so make virgin a bless word and our daughters will follow

Sexting is sex talk and nude photos being sent through text's on kids cell phones. Hence just another reason my 13 and 11 yr old still don't have cell phones so no I am not worried. I wasn't aware you could do it on line as well we don't have spy cams, neither one has any clue how to upload photos without my doing it for them and our computer is in our livingroom so no worries there either.

And please watch your children's cell phones too! If you have a teenager with one I highly highly highly recommend removing any sort of picture messaging. Because it may not be your child sending something but receiving things he shouldn't. I have been truly shocked at what parent's aren't seeing that their children are sending.

With over 95% of the web devoted to some type of pornography, you better believe I am right here when my grandbabies want to be online! For instance: type in The White House. One of these sites is porno! So even if they are doing research for school, they can come across this, innocently.

I know it's a hassle, but kids can't be trusted! That's why God gave them parents. Watch, watch, watch!

Most internet services have some type of parental controls that you can set to monitor what your child gets to. Our six year old is fairly adept at moving about the internet and the only thing he has gotten to is amazon.com which requires passwords for any purchases. The other thing you could do is to set up a virtual machine. My husband did this when our child first got on the computer. It can be set so that the child can only get to certain websites and will block anything bad. One of us is always in the room when he is using the computer. Kids will learn things quickly though as my son recently deleted my account off of the main computer..luckily everything is backed up. If you have the chance a home server is good to have. Our computers (one desktop and two laptops) are backed up nightly.

you can also but a Kid Safe Web Browser on you computer. It doesnt stop the need for parental supervision. But will help if you do need to be away from you child and the computer. i've included a link to one browser but there are others geard towards boys, girls, various age groups, you name it

Yes, I have heard of sexting. The trick to keeping your child safe is to sit with him when he is first gettin on the internet. When you are comfortable with him staying in appropriate sites, keep the computer in a common area of the house where you can watch what he's doing without sitting at his side.

My son is going to be 7 on Saturday. He's allowed to get online during the summer for 90 minutes on educational websites his school sent home. He's never online without an adult near by.
