full fat milk i done it with both my boys they were 10mths old wen i put them on it

whole milk is what I've been told by different pediatricians. somewhere between 2-3 they suggest change to 2% or 1%.

I have to agree... Whole milk is best. If you can afford to go organic, go for it. It's so much healthier, as they are doing research into how the hormones the cows are being given effect children, and it's not looking good...

Whole, full fat cows milk. When your child reaches 2 provided they have a healthy balanced diet you can change to semi skimmed or half and half milk. Children under the age of 2 need the extra fat.

whole milk - full cream, full fat, the stuff we're not supposed to have but enjoy :p Skim milks and low fat ones are no good for growing bodies.. they need the extra fats, higher levels of calcium and all the good stuff.
