Just wait until she is ready. Dont force her to do anything she doesnt want to do. If she is rude, ask her how she is feeling, or take away things she enjoys.

Nobody likes wearing or doing something they dont feel comfortable in... HAVE FUN :)

Sounds like she is worried she won't 'fit in' if she doesn't wear what her friends are wearing. I'd guess that when she see's they are at the point of wearing one she won't fight you. If she's really 'big' and truly is in need of one then it might be time to make it a rule that if she wears tight fitting tops bra's are mandatory. As far as her talking back to you, if she's rude to you now and there is no punishment that you follow through with it will only get worse. When my kids talk back they loose privileges...tv time or video game time...and no matter what I stick to it so they know I mean it. Good luck. :)
