My daughter is at the age where she is done with the princess clothes phase but still to young for the teenage clothing. The only "tween" girls stores that I know of is Justice for Girls, the clothes are great but their prices are ridiculously high. Does anyone have any suggestions on a clothing store or even a good online site for my soon to be 8 year old?

My 10yo DD loves Children's Place. They have a lot of stuff in bright colours. I also like it because the majority of the stuff (not all) is non-slutty-looking. Old Navy can be pretty good, too, but they also have some very questionable stuff sometimes (I do not see any need for a kid who wears size 6X to own a string bikini, TYVM). The advantage of Old Navy is their stuff is very inexpensive.

I find Sears is generally good, especially for basics like socks and underwear. Just try getting any customer service, though :P

I've never heard of Justice for Girls, so I'm not sure how these places compare...

Justice? I stopped shopping there when my daughter was eight. I hate that store, the prices are ridiculously high for a cheap, glittery graphic tee. I shop at abercrombie kids for my eleven year old, the quality is good but the prices are a bit on the high side. Cheaper alternatives to abercrombie are Aeropostale, Hollister, the cheaper cousin of abercrombie, and American Eagle. My daughter can accommodate herself in XS at Forever 21, Delia*s, Wet Seal, and Charlotte Russe. She also enjoys shopping at PINK by Victoria's Secret and Juicy Couture for sweats. But since your daughter is 8, I would reccommend abercrombie kids and P.S. from Aeropostale.
