How do I handle my 3 year old acting like my 14 year old?

Hello!! I need some advice. My 3 year old has adopted my 14 year olds bad attitude. When I tell her no or tell her to do something she talks back or gives me a snotty face behind my back. What should I do? I'm so frustrated. She has no respect for adults. My oldest does, she just acts out every now and then like any other teenager.

#1 teenager should not be allowed to act disrespectful. Being a teen does not give you a get-out-of-jail card for bad, disrespectful behavior. Specially when her attitude is role modeling bad behavior for the little ones.



#2 The3 yr old needs to be put in time out or something when acting disrespectful to ANY adult. No bargains, no allowances. Just put her there. Simple let her know that that kind of talk is not allowed. If you nip this in the butt now you'll be thankful later.
